How to use this tool
- Choose two to twenty PDF files.
- Use the arrows to put the files in the right order.
- Create and download the merged PDF.
How it works
Merging copies pages into one new document in the order shown. It preserves page content without turning text into screenshots. This is useful for packaging reports, handouts and campaign reference material into a single file.
What to check before using the result
Use static, unlocked PDFs: interactive forms and password-protected files are rejected. Bookmarks, attachments, document-level tags and signatures are not preserved as a complete document structure. Check the output before sharing. Maximum 500 pages and 100 MB of input.
